- oil for frying
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounces frozen cut green beans
- 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts optional drained
- soy sauce tamari or coconut aminos
- Brown meat in skillet with garlic.
- Add about 8 ounces of frozen green beans along with water chestnuts (these can add a bit more carbs).
- Sprinkle soy sauce to taste. Continue to cook and stir until heated through.
